摘  要:3D打印混凝土(3DPC)在配合比设计、性能测试及评价、打印实践方面取得突破性进展,但普遍存在水泥用量过高的问题。采用青岛地区常用掺合料替代水泥,设计替代量为40%和50%两组别,并结合水胶比、胶砂比等共设计了6组不同配合比进行流动性能、流变性能以及打印性能等测试,分别归纳了流动性能、流变性能对打印性能的影响规律,并给出了所设计混凝土的可打印流变参数范围。结果发现,当跳桌扩展度在160~180 mm,静态屈服应力在(2300±200)Pa,动态屈服应力在(310±30)Pa时,所设计的3DPC具有较好的打印性能。3D printed concrete(3DPC)has made breakthroughs in its mix design,performance test and evaluation and actual printing test,but the excessively large use of cement is a common problem at present.In this study,admixtures that are commonly used in Qingdao area are selected to substitute cement,with the substitute rates being set at 40%and 50%.Taking water-binder ratio and cement-sand ratio into consideration,6 kinds of 3DPCs are designed with different mix proportions to conduct tests of their flowability,rheological property and printability respectively.The printability changes influenced by the flowability and rheological property are drawn and the rheological parameter interval suitable for printing is given.The results show that when the juniping table expansion is between 160-180 mm,the static yield stress is(2300±200)Pa and the dynamic yield stress is(310±30)Pa,the designed 3DPC has better printability.
