摘 要:雷州2000 m深井土建工程是国家一带一路地震监测台网项目的重点建设工程。由于地震监测井地层疏松,深度大,故四开钻井施工的钻具优选较为困难,且钻进时易垮塌、漏失。针对以上技术难点,通过介绍雷州2000 m地震监测井设计与施工的整体方案,包括钻机与钻具的选型、孔口防喷、钻井液配比优选、孔斜控制和固井工艺等,并在施工过程中采用综合测井方法对钻井围岩的岩性变化进行详细的划分。该工程的顺利完工为其它地震监测深井施工提供了可靠的案例参考。The Leizhou 2000 m seismic observation deep well civil engineering is the key construction project of the National Belt and Road Seismic Monitoring Network Project.Due to the loose strata and considerable depth of the seismic monitoring well,the selection of drilling tools for the four-open drilling construction is relatively challenging,and there is a risk of collapse and leakage during drilling.To address the aforementioned technical challenges,this paper provides a detailed exposition of the overall plan for the design and construction of the 2000 m seismic monitoring well in Leizhou,including the selection of drilling rig and drilling equipment,blowout prevention at the borehole,drilling fluid ratio optimization,borehole inclination control,and cementing processes,and employs a comprehensive logging method to divide the lithological changes of the surrounding rock formations during the construction process.The successful completion of this project provides a reliable case reference for the construction of other seismic monitoring deep wells.
