摘 要:为助力河湖管理、防旱减灾等国家新型基础测绘事业,基于机载Li DAR与无人船搭载单波束实现了水上地面点云与单波束水下点云的获取,对水下点云数据采用克里金法进行空间插值以增强水下地形分辨率,而后基于GEOPAK实现水上水下点云数据的无缝接边与融合,构建水上水下一体化TIN网,最终实现水上水下地形一体化建立。利用随机均匀分布的水上水下检核点对构建后的一体化DEM进行精度验证,结果表明,本次试验构建的水上水下一体化模型效果良好,精度远超规范要求。提出的基于机载Li DAR与船载单波束实现协同作业、构建水上水下一体化模型的作业流程对相关水上水下地形研究具有重要的参考价值。In order to assist in the management of rivers and lakes,drought prevention and disaster reduction,and other new national basic surveying and mapping undertakings,airborne LiDAR and unmanned ships carrying single beam were used to respectivey obtain water surface point clouds and single beam underwater point clouds.The Kriging method was used for spatial interpolation of underwater point cloud data to enhance underwater terrain resolution.Then based on GEOPAK,seamless connection and fusion of water surface and under water point cloud data,constructing an integrated TIN network for water and underwater,The ultimate goal is to establish the integration of surface and underwater terrain.The accuracy verification of the constructed integrated DEM was carried out using randomly distributed water and underwater inspection points.The results showed that the water and underwater integrated model constructed in this experiment had good performance,and the accuracy far exceeded the standard requirements.The proposed collaborative operation process based on airborne LiDAR and shipborne single beam,as well as the construction of an integrated underwater model,has important reference value for the research of related underwater terrain.
