摘　　要：脆性糖尿病属中医“消渴”范畴,陈锐基于仝小林院士理论思想,结合临床实践认为脆性糖尿病病位主要在脾肾,涉及肺心。脆性糖尿病主要病因病机为与先天禀赋不足,饮食不节,寒邪内侵,肾阳亏虚关系密切,“阳气不足”贯穿该病始终,故以“去阴霾,温补脾肾之阳,兼顾养心固肺”为治疗原则,全程应用“重阳思想”辨治。自拟中药复方消肾方为治疗脆性糖尿病基础方,态靶兼顾,剂量精准,既病防变,巩固疗效。Brittle diabetes belongs to the category of"consumptive thirst"in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on academician Tong Xiaolin's theory and her own clinical practice,Chen Rui believes that the disease is mainly located in the spleen and kidney,and is involved with the lung and heart.Besides,"insufficient yang qi"runs through the entire process of its development,so she upholds the treatment principle of"removing yin pathogens,warming and invigorating the spleen and kidney yang,while also nourishing the heart and strengthening the lungs",prioritizing yang in its differentiation and treatment.She formulates the compound prescription of Xiaoshen formula and uses it as the basic formula for treating both the states and targets of the disease,in a precise dose,to prevent the disease transmission and consolidate its therapeutic effect.
