二妙丸合五味消毒饮加味熏洗辅助治疗湿热型肛门瘙痒症患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨二妙丸合五味消毒饮加味熏洗辅助治疗湿热型肛门瘙痒症(PA)患者的效果。方法选取120例湿热型PA患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,各60例。给予对照组患者外用糠酸莫米松凝胶治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上加用二妙丸合五味消毒饮加味熏洗治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的临床证候评分、生活质量评分,比较两组患者治疗结束后的临床疗效,并记录两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者肛门瘙痒、皮损情况、肛周渗液评分及皮肤病生活质量指标量表各维度评分较治疗前降低,且研究组的肛门瘙痒、皮损情况、肛周渗液评分,以及日常活动、休闲、工作学习维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后临床总有效率高于对照组,治疗期间不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用二妙丸合五味消毒饮加味熏洗辅助治疗湿热型PA,可以改善患者肛门瘙痒、皮损、肛周渗液的临床症状,提高临床疗效及生活质量,安全性较好,值得临床应用推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Ermiao Pills combined with fumigation and washing by modified Wuwei Xiaodu Drink for the adjuvant treatment of patients with pruritus ani(PA)in dampness-heat type.Methods A total of 120 PA patients in dampness-heat type were selected,and they were randomly divided into study group or control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group extermally employed Mometasone Furoate Gel for treatment,based on which the study group was additionally treated with Ermiao Pills combined with fumigation and washing by modified Wuwei Xiaodu Drink.The pre-and post-treatment clinical syndrome score and score of life quality were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy after the end of treatment was compared between patients of the two groups.The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were recorded in both groups.Results After treatment,the scores for itching anus,skin lesions,perianal exudation,and Dermatology Life Quality Index scale scores in different dimensions in the two groups were decreased as compared with before treatment;moreover,the study group yielded lower scores for itching anus,skin lesions,perianal exudation,and lower scores in dimensions for daily activities,leisure,work and study as compared with the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence rate of adverse reactions during treatment in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Employing Ermiao Pills combined with fumigation and washing by modified Wuwei Xiaodu Drink for the adjuvant treatment of PA patients in dampness-heat type can ameliorate clinical symptoms of itching anus,skin lesions,perianal exudation,and improve clinical efficacy and quality of life,exerting a favorable safety,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
