摘  要:直流汇集和外送为未来沙漠戈壁荒漠大规模新能源消纳提供了一种可行解决方案,直流变换器是新能源直流汇集系统的关键设备。谐振直流变换器具有在全负载范围内损耗较小,波形质量好等优点,在新能源纯直流汇集场景具有应用前景,然而因其呈现低阻抗、短路故障电流上升速度快的特征,必须对短路电流进行限制。该文提出了一种具备短路限流能力的双极直流变换器,首先分析了拓扑运行原理及其参数设计方法,然后分析了所提直流变换器的故障限流机理,设计了其短路电流控制方法,最后通过Matlab/Simulink仿真和实验样机验证了所提电路和故障限流方法的可行性。结果表明,所提直流变换器能够实现直流短路电流限制,能够在一极故障时维持另一极正常运行,提高了供电可靠性。相关研究成果将为新能源直流汇集系统的构建和工程实施提供技术参考。The DC collection and transmission provides a feasible solution for future large-scale renewable energy consumption in the desert.A DC converter is the key equipment of a renewable energy DC collection system.With the advantages of low loss in the full load range and good waveform quality,the resonant DC converter may have a good application in the renewable energy DC collection scenario.However,owing to the characteristics of low resonant impedance and fast rise of short-circuit fault current,the fault current of such a converter must be limited.A novel bipolar DC/DC converter with short-circuit current limiting capability is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the operation principle of the topology and its parameter design method is analyzed.Then by illustrating the fault current limiting mechanism of the proposed converter,its fault current control method is designed.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed circuit and fault current limiting method is verified by the Matlab/Simulink simulation and experimental prototype.The results show that the proposed converter is able to realize the DC fault current limitation.In addition,it is able to maintain the normal operation of one pole when the other fails,improving the reliability of the power supply.The relevant research results will provide a technical reference for the construction and engineering implementation of the renewable energy DC collection system.
