摘 要:为探究2种南极鱼对不同元素的富集差异,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)方法,对独角雪冰鱼和伯氏肩孔南极鱼的4个组织(皮肤、胃、肠和肌肉)中铁(Fe)、铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、砷(As)、硒(Se)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)9种微量元素进行测定,发现2种南极鱼皮肤中的Cr和Fe存在显著性差异(P<0.05);伯氏肩孔南极鱼胃内的Fe显著高于独角雪冰鱼(P<0.05),Cd结果与之相反;独角雪冰鱼肠组织的Cr、Mn、Cu、As、Se、Cd、Hg均显著高于伯氏肩孔南极鱼(P<0.05),肌肉中的Cr、Cu、As、Se、Cd、Hg同样显著高于伯氏肩孔南极鱼(P<0.05)。与其它海域的鱼类相比,2种南极鱼体内的Cr、As、Cd、Hg、Mn、Fe、Cu含量均高于其它鱼类。此外2种鱼体胃、肠和肌肉组织中较高的As、Cd、Hg积累量都提示,南极部分地区可能已经存在一定程度的重金属污染。The Chionodraco hamatus is a species of Antarctic notothenioids fish that has been living in extremely cold environments in the Southern Ocean,lacking hemoglobin and functional red blood cells.The closely related species Trematomus bernacchii lives in the same habitat but has hemoglobin and red blood cells.To explore the differences in the enrichment of different elements in these two Antarctic fish species,this experiment used inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)to measure nine trace elements,namely iron(Fe),chromium(Cr),manganese(Mn),copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),arsenic(As),selenium(Se),cadmium(Cd),and mercury(Hg),in four tissues(skin,stomach,intestine,and muscle)of the Antarctic fish from the same habitat.Significant differences are found in Cr and Fe in the skin of the two Antarctic fish species(P<0.05).The content of Fe in the stomach of Antarctic T.bernacchiiis significantly higher than that in Antarctic icefish(P<0.05),but Cd has the opposite result.The Cr,Mn,Cu,As,Se,Cd,Hg in the intestine tissue of the Antarctic icefish are significantly higher than those of the T.bernacchii(P<0.05),and the Cr,Cu,As,Se,Cd,Hg in the muscle are also higher than those of the T.bernacchii(P<0.05).Compared to fish in other sea areas,the contents of Cr,As,Cd,Hg,Mn,Fe,and Cu in the bodies of the two Antarctic fish species are higher.Additionally,the high accumulation of As,Cd,and Hg metal elements in the stomach,intestine,and muscle tissues of both fish species suggests that some regions of Antarctica may already have a certain degree of heavy metal pollution.
