摘 要:本文以环戊酮为原料,采用镍基催化剂通过固定床加氢工艺制备环戊醇。研究了溶剂、反应温度、氢气压力、环戊酮的含量及进料空速等因素对反应的影响,并对工艺条件进行优化。在5 mL催化剂评价装置开展实验,取得最佳工艺条件为:以乙醇作为溶剂,温度为190℃、氢气压力为1.5 MPa、环戊酮的含量为15%的乙醇混合液,进料空速为2.16 h^(-1)。环戊酮的转化率为91.47%,环戊醇的选择性为97.66%。In this paper,cyclopentanone was used as raw material to prepare cyclopentanol by nickel-based catalyst through fixed bed hydrogenation process.The effects of solvent,reaction temperature,hydrogen pressure,cyclopentanone content and feed space velocity on the reaction were studied,and the process conditions were optimized.Experiments were carried out in a 5 mL catalyst evaluation device.The optimum process conditions were obtained as follows:ethanol was used as solvent,the temperature was 190℃,the hydrogen pressure was 1.5 MPa,ethanol mixture with cyclopentanone content of 15%,and the feed space velocity was 2.16 h^(-1).The conversion of cyclopentanone was 91.47%,and the selectivity of cyclopentanol was 97.66%.
