摘  要:阐述了纺织品摩擦纳米发电机(T-TENG)在智能可穿戴领域的优势。重点介绍了纺织品摩擦纳米发电机的四种工作模式,包含垂直接触-分离模式、单电极模式、水平滑动模式和独立摩擦层模式。分析了不同组成结构对电输出性能的影响,对国内外研究中涂覆、纺纱(加捻、编织和静电纺丝)、针织、机织、非织造等制备方法对纺织品摩擦纳米发电机电输出性能的影响进行了全面评估。总结了纺织品摩擦纳米发电机在改善电子纺织品的能量转换、存储寿命和拉伸性能等方面取得的重要进展。由于纤维/织物的可穿戴设备仍面临着材料和制造技术的限制,导致目前主要依靠实验室制造,材料和制造工艺仍未大规模商业化。最后指出了开发先进的摩擦材料和制造方法以及发展思路。展望了纺织品摩擦纳米发电机的未来发展方向。The advantages of textile-triboelectric nanogenerators(T-TENGs)in the field of smart wearables are explained.Four operating modes of T-TENGs are emphatically introduced,including vertical contact-separation mode,single-electrode mode,in-plane contact-sliding mode and freestanding triboelectric-layer mode.The impacts of different compositional structures on the electrical output performances are analyzed.The effects of preparation methods such as coating,spinning(twisting,weaving and electrostatic spinning),knitting,weaving and nonwoven on the electrical output properties of T-TENGs in domestic and international studies are comprehensively evaluated.The important progress of T-TENGs in improving energy conversion,storage life and tensile properties of electronic textiles is summarized.Due to the limitations of materials and manufacturing technology faced by fiber/fabric wearable devices,laboratory manufacturing is mainly relied,and the materials and manufacturing processes have not yet been commercialized on a large scale.Finally,the development of advanced friction materials and manufacturing methods and development ideas are pointed out.And the future development direction of T-TENGs is prospected.
