摘 要:对当前病原体检测方法和磁性生物传感器的优势进行了简单阐述,分别介绍了巨磁阻(GMR)传感器在生物医学检测领域的应用优势、GMR效应的来源及常见的GMR传感器的结构类型,重点关注了GMR生物传感的基本原理,包括传感器在免疫分析领域的应用策略和传感器表面功能化的方法。总结了GMR生物传感器在病原体检测中的发展现状,重点阐述了GMR生物传感器在靶向标签、致病菌和病毒检测方面的实际应用。最后对当前GMR生物传感器在病原体检测领域面临的问题进行简要分析,对GMR生物传感器未来的应用前景进行了展望,为新一代可用于临床检测的GMR生物检测系统的开发奠定坚实的基础。The current methods of pathogens detection and the advantages of magnetic biosensors are briefly described.The application advantages of giant magneto-resistance(GMR)sensors in the field of biomolecule detection,the sources of the GMR effect and the structure types of common GMR sensors are introduced,respectively.The basic principles of GMR biosensing,including application strategies of sensors in the field of immunoassays and approaches of sensor surface functionalization are focused.The development status of GMR biosensors in the pathogens detection is summarized,focusing on the practical applications of GMR biosensors in targeted labelling,pathogenic bacteria and virus detections.Finally,the current problems faced by GMR biosensors in the field of pathogens detection are briefly analyzed,and the future application prospect of GMR biosensors is prospected,laying a good foundation for the development of a new generation of GMR biodetection systems for clinical detection.
