脑卒中患者留置中线导管真实体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中患者留置中线导管真实体验的质性研究。方法2020年1月-2021年3月,从就诊于广州医科大学附属第二医院的脑卒中患者中进行目的抽样,抽取10例留置中线导管的患者,运用半结构式访谈进行深入访谈,记录并分析患者的真实体验。结果对于留置中线导管,卒中患者的真实体验为,其可有效改善患者反复穿刺的痛苦,且舒适度高、不良反应少,但患者对疾病及留置中线导管的了解较少,希望可得到更多的信息支持。结论卒中患者留置中线导管可以有效降低输液时反复穿刺的疼痛感,提高了患者的护理满意度及舒适度。Objective To explore the qualitative study of the real experience of indwelling middle long tube in stroke patients.Methods From January 2020 to March 2021,10 cases of patients with indwailed middle long tube were selected from the target sampling of stroke patients in our hospital.Semi structured interview was used for in-depth interview,and the real experience of patients was recorded and analyzed.Results As for the indwelling of the middle long tube,the real experience of stroke patients is that it can effectively improve the pain of repeated puncture,with high comfort level and few adverse reactions.However,there is little understanding of the disease and the indwelling of the middle and long tube,so we hope to get more information support.Conclusion The indwelling of the middle long tube in stroke patients can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of indwelling tube,improve the nursing satisfaction and comfort of patients,and the compliance of patients is high.
