个案管理模式在艾滋病合并肺结核患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨艾滋病(AIDS)合并肺结核(PTB)患者采用个案管理模式的效果。方法收集2021年8月-2022年4月在江西省胸科医院实施常规管理的AIDS合并PTB患者45例临床资料作为对照组,并收集2022年4月-2022年10月在该院实施个案管理模式的AIDS合并PTB患者45例临床资料作为观察组。比较两组心理状况、生活质量、依从性及满意度情况。结果干预后,两组医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分均比干预前低,且观察组比对照组低;两组AIDS生活质量量表(MOS-HIV)评分均比干预前高,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组干预满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论AIDS合并PTB患者采用个案管理模式可改善心理状况,提高治疗依从性、护理满意度,改善生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of case management model on AIDS patients with pulmonary tuberculosis(PTB).Method Collect clinical data of 45 AIDS combined with PTB patients who underwent routine management at Jiangxi Chest Hospital from August 2021 to April 2022 as the control group,and collect clinical data of 45 AIDS combined with PTB patients who underwent case management mode at the hospital from April 2022 to October 2022 as the observation group.The psychological status,quality of life,compliance,and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)scores of both groups were lower than before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group;the MOSHIV scores of both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the intervention satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The case management model can improve the psychological status,treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life of AIDS patients with PTB.
