超声彩色脉搏波技术在定量评价糖尿病前期与糖尿病患者颈总动脉弹性变化研究中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析超声彩色脉搏波技术在评价糖尿病前期与糖尿病患者颈总动脉弹性变化研究中的应用价值。方法简单随机选取2023年1—6月佛山市第五人民医院收治的糖尿病前期、单纯2型糖尿病患者100例为研究对象,分别为糖尿病前期组、单纯2型糖尿病组,每组50例;再选取同时间段50例健康体检者为健康对照组,3组均行血糖、血脂与超声彩色脉搏波检查,比较3组检查结果的差异。结果单纯2型糖尿病组空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin,HbA1c)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、颈总动脉内膜中层厚度(intima-media thickness,IMT)值、颈总动脉收缩期起始时PWV值(PWV-BS)、颈总动脉收缩期结束时PWV值(PWV-ES)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单纯2型糖尿病组FPG(7.23±1.14)mmol/L、HbA1c(6.72±0.81)%、颈总动脉IMT值(0.82±0.15)mm均高于糖尿病前期组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.524、4.383、5.322,P<0.05)。结论FPG、HbA1c、颈总动脉IMT值能够评估糖尿病前期与糖尿病患者颈总动脉弹性变化。Objective To analyze the application value of ultrasound color pulse wave technology in the study of evaluating the elasticity changes of the common carotid artery in prediabetic and diabetic patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with prediabetes and simple type 2 diabetes were randomly selected as the study objects from the Fifth People's Hospital of Foshan City from January to June 2023,and they were respectively pre-diabetes group and simple type 2 diabetes group,with 50 patients in each group.Then 50 healthy subjects in the same time period were selected as the healthy control group.Blood glucose,blood lipids and color ultrasonic pulse wave were examined in all three groups.Results Fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),intima-media thickness(IMT),PWV value at the beginning of common carotid systole(PWV-BS),PWV value at the end of common carotid systole(PWV-ES)in the simple type 2 diabetes group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of FPG(7.23±1.14)mmol/L,HbA1c(6.72±0.81)%and common carotid artery IMT(0.82±0.15)mm in simple type 2 diabetes group were higher than those in pre-diabetes group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.524,4.383,5.322,P<0.05).Conclusion FPG,HbA1c,common carotid artery IMT values can assess the elasticity changes of the common carotid artery in prediabetic and diabetic patients.
