应用外固定支架进行骨科损伤控制治疗在创伤修复中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的针对创伤修复患儿实施外固定支架治疗干预,研究其治疗效果以及应用价值分析。方法随机选取2020年5月—2023年4月无锡市儿童医院收治的70例创伤修复患儿为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为研究组和参照组,各35例。参照组实施切开复位内固定术治疗,研究组则实施外固定支架治疗。比较两组创伤修复患儿治疗效果与凝血功能恢复正常时间。结果研究组患儿的治疗总有效率为100%,高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.328,P<0.05)。研究组患儿的凝血功能恢复正常时间明显短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对创伤修复患儿实施外固定支架治疗对提高患儿的凝血功能恢复正常时间具有明显效果,能够明显提高患儿的治疗效果。Objective To implement external fixation stent treatment intervention for children with trauma repair,and to study its therapeutic effect as well as analyze its application value.Methods A total of 70 children of trauma repair admitted to Wuxi Children's Hospital from May 2020 to April 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method they were divided into the study group and the reference group,with 35 cases in each group.The reference group implemented incision-replacement and internal fixation treatment,while the study group implemented external fixation treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment and the time of normalization of coagulation function between the two groups of children were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 100%,which was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.328,P<0.05).The time of normalization of coagulation function of children the study group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of external fixation stent therapy for trauma repair children has a significant effect on improving the recovery time of normalization of coagulation function of children,and can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
