妇产科急腹症诊断中采用联合超声诊断方法的应用价值研讨

摘　　要：目的探讨对妇产科急腹症患者选择联合超声诊断方法完成疾病诊断后获得临床效果。方法便利选取2021年3月—2022年4月无锡市锡山人民医院收治的78例疑似妇产科急腹症患者进行诊断研究。临床对所有妇产科急腹症患者合理展开综合诊断检查,合理展开腹部超声检查、阴道超声检查以及腹部超声检查+阴道超声检查,就各种方式的诊断效能展开对比。结果对所有疑似妇产科急腹症患者临床完成病理诊断后,45例获得阳性诊断结果,33例获得阴性诊断结果;所有疑似患者经腹部超声+阴道超声诊断后,特异度为96.97%、敏感度为95.56%、准确度为96.15%;同腹部超声诊断效能以及阴道超声诊断效能展开比较,腹部超声+阴道超声疑似妇产科急腹症诊断效能均显著提升,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.411、12.923、12.617,P<0.05)。结论临床对妇产科急腹症患者在实施疾病诊断期间,腹部超声检查以及阴道超声检查方法的单一应用,均无法获得明显效果。对此将二者联合应用于妇产科急腹症检查中,可将疾病诊断效能显著提升,从而可对妇产科急腹症的早期诊治奠定基础,促进妇产科急腹症患者的良好预后。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of combined ultrasound diagnostic methods in the diagnosis of obstetrics and gynecology patients with acute abdominalgia.Methods 78 patients with suspected acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology treated in Wuxi Xishan People's Hospital from March 2021 to April 2022 were conveniently selected for diagnosis study.In clinical practice,comprehensive diagnostic examination was carried out reasonably for all patients with acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology,including abdominal ultrasonography,vaginal ultrasonography and abdominal ultrasonography+vaginal ultrasonography,and the diagnostic efficacy of various methods was compared.Results After the clinical and pathological diagnosis of all suspected patients with acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology,45 cases obtained positive diagnosis results and 33 cases obtained negative diagnosis results.The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of all suspected patients were 96.97%,95.56%and 96.15%after abdominal and vaginal ultrasound diagnosis.Compared with the diagnostic efficacy of abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound,the diagnostic efficacy of abdominal ultrasound plus vaginal ultrasound for suspected acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.411,12.923,12.617,P<0.05).Conclusion The single application of abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of obstetrics and gynecology patients with acute abdominalgia could not achieve significant results.In this regard,the combined application of the two in the examination of obstetrics and gynecology acute abdominalgia can significantly improve the diagnostic efficiency of the disease,thus laying the foundation for the early diagnosis and treatment of obstetrics and gynecology acute abdominalgia,and promoting the good prognosis of obstetrics and gynecology patients with acute abdominalgia.
