超声引导下股神经阻滞在膝关节松解术后镇痛中的运用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节松解术后镇痛采用超声引导下股神经阻滞方式的应用效果。方法随机选取2021年1月—2022年12月邹城市人民医院收治的行膝关节松解术做膝关节疾病治疗的患者90例作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为常规组、观察组,每组45例。常规组实施静脉自控镇痛,观察组采取超声引导下股神经阻滞。比较两组镇痛效果、膝关节运动功能、不良反应发生率。结果观察组疼痛评分改善优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组膝关节运动功能恢复情况优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组不良反应发生率为4.44%,低于常规组的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.712,P<0.05)。结论行膝关节松解术患者术后镇痛,采用超声引导下股神经阻滞方式,能够有效减轻患者疼痛感受,利于患者术后膝关节功能恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of femoral nerve block under ultrasonic guidance for postoperative analgesia after knee joint release.Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent knee joint release surgery for knee joint disease treatment in Zoucheng People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into routine group and observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The conventional group was given controlled intravenous analgesia,and the observation group was given femoral nerve block guided by ultrasound.The analgesic effect,knee motor function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of pain score in the observation group was better than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The recovery of knee motor function in observation group was better than that in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.44%,lower than 22.22%in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.712,P<0.05).Conclusion For postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing knee joint release surgery,femoral nerve block guided by ultrasound can effectively reduce the pain perception of patients and facilitate the functional recovery of knee joint after surgery.
