分析炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合调经促孕丸治疗青春期功能性失调性子宫出血的临床安全性

摘　　要：目的分析青春期功能性失调性子宫出血实施炔雌醇环丙孕酮片+调经促孕丸治疗的安全性。方法随机选取2020年1月—2022年12月江苏省靖江市中医院收治的80例青春期功能性失调性子宫出血患者为研究对象,根据抽签法分为普通组和综合组,各40例,普通组行炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,综合组增加调经促孕丸治疗,比较两组患者的止血指标、性激素水平、恢复情况和安全性。结果综合组血有效率(100.00%)高于普通组(87.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.333,P<0.05)。综合组完全止血时间短于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的促卵泡生成素、睾酮和促黄体生成素均降低,且综合组低于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮片+调经促孕丸的方案安全性高,能调节性激素水平,迅速止血,降低子宫内膜厚度,恢复月经量,对青春期功能性失调性子宫出血较适用。Objective To analyze the safety of ethinestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets+Tiaoting Cuyun Pill in the treatment of adolescent functional dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 80 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to Jiangsu Jingjiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the lottery method,they were divided into the general group and the comprehensive group,with 40 cases in each group.The general group was treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets,and the comprehensive group was treated with Tiaojing Cuyun Pills.The hemostatic indexes,sex hormone levels,recovery and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The blood effective rate of the comprehensive group(100.00%)was higher than that of the ordinary group(87.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.333,P<0.05).The complete hemostasis time of the comprehensive group was shorter than that of the ordinary group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,testosterone and luteinizing hormone in the two groups decreased,and those in the comprehensive group were lower than the ordinary group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The scheme of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets+Tiaojing Cuyun Pills has high safety,can regulate the level of sex hormones,stop bleeding quickly,reduce endometrial thickness,restore menstrual volume,and is more suitable for adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
