金蝉止痒胶囊联合依匹斯汀胶囊治疗慢性湿疹的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析慢性湿疹患者就诊期间,金蝉止痒胶囊联合依匹斯汀胶囊治疗的应用效果。方法便利选取2020年10月—2022年10月江苏省泰州市疾病预防控制中心门诊接诊的112例慢性湿疹患者为研究对象,利用随机数表法分为两组,即西药组(56例,依匹斯汀胶囊治疗)和联合组(56例,金蝉止痒胶囊联合依匹斯汀胶囊治疗)。比较两组慢性湿疹患者的治疗效果。结果治疗总有效率对比,联合组(96.43%)高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.973,P<0.05)。治疗2周和治疗4周,联合组外周血嗜酸性粒细胞、血清免疫球蛋白低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组瘙痒语言评分量表评分和湿疹皮损面积及严重度指数评分低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于慢性湿疹患者的治疗,选用金蝉止痒胶囊联合依匹斯汀胶囊治疗方式效果更好。Objective To study and analyze the application effect of Jinchan Zhiyang capsule combined with epinastine capsule in the treatment of chronic eczema during the consultation period of patients with chronic eczema.Methods 112 patients with chronic eczema who were seen in the outpatient clinic of Taizhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Jiangsu Province from October 2020 to October 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,namely,the Western medicine group(56 cases,epinastine capsule treatment)and the combination group(56 cases,Jinchan Zhiyang capsule combined with epinastine capsule treatment).The therapeutic efficacy of chronic eczema patients in the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the total effective rate of treatment,96.43%of the combination group was higher than that of the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.973,P<0.05).The peripheral blood eosinophils and serum immunoglobulin of the combination group were lower than those of the Western medicine group in 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Verbal Rating Scale and Eczema Area and Severity Index of the combination group were lower than those of the Western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of patients with chronic eczema,the choice of Jinchan Zhiyang capsule combined with epinastine capsule treatment mode is more effective.
