摘　　要：在建筑行业,工程造价这项工作具有非常重要的职能,对整个项目的开展都有着极其重要的影响,其关键作用不仅体现在与施工企业的经济收益直接相关,还在于加强对工程质量的管理效果。现阶段,许多建筑工程项目都涉及庞大的资金投入,因此在开展项目管理工作时,任何疏忽都会急剧增加工程的成本,而且也会有人为因素使施工成本超出最初的预算。本文对建筑工程造价进行了解释,详细分析了影响造价的主要因素,并对降低工程造价的措施进行了探讨,希望能够为建筑企业在当前激烈的市场竞争中增添一份力量。In the construction industry,the project cost has a very important function and has an extremely important impact on the development of the whole project,its key role is not only reflected in the economic benefits of the construction enterprise,but also to strengthen the management effect of the project quality.At the present stage,many construction engineering projects involve a huge amount of capital investment,so in the project management work,any negligence will dramatically increase the cost of the project,and there will be human factors to make the construction cost exceed the original budget.This paper explains the cost of the construction project,analyzes the main factors affecting the cost in detail,and discusses the measures to reduce the project cost,hoping to add a force for the construction enterprises in the current fierce market competition.
