摘  要:在撤站这一行业新发展背景下,围绕收费效率提高、通行体验提升、运营管理水平增进、收费秩序保障能力增强等系列目标,本文借助区块链、AI等前沿技术,提出一种基于栏杆常开的高速公路自由流收费ETC车道系统解决方案。本方案针对ETC车道提出,在运营管理规则与现有保持不变情况下,改变ETC专道栏杆控制模式,进一步提升ETC通行体验和效率。经实践验证,本方案能够有效提升ETC通行能力、避免收费站拥堵、增强ETC吸引力,同时满足车主用户与路段单位需求。In the context of canceling the toll station at the provincial boundary of expressway,Focusing on a series of goals such as improving charging efficiency,improving the traffic experience,improving operational and management level,and strengthening the ability to ensure the order of charging.With the help of cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain and AI,,this paper proposes a scheme called freeflow toll collection ETC lane system of expressway based on normally open railings.This scheme is put forward for ETC lane,In thecaseofrules for operation and managementisunchanged,changed the etc lane railing control mode,Further improved ETC traffic experience and efficiency traffic experience and efficiency.Proved by practice,this scheme can effectively improve the ETC traffic capacity,avoid the congestion of toll stations,enhance the attractiveness of ETC,and meet the needs of car owners and road units.
