摘  要:由于路基施工后沉降量超过较大,土层稳定性差,为此研究雨季湿软路基工程生石灰粉处理湿软填土施工技术。在湿软土中掺加生石灰后,通过相应反应改善最佳含水量,增加板体的稳定性。路基填筑都要控制晾晒时间,设石灰消解池,保证石灰充分消解和进行供应。填充石灰土后进行整平碾压,直到达到标准密实度,完成路基填筑后。在边坡外挖临时排水沟进行排水。测试结果表明,路基施工后的沉降量为47.2~50.2 mm,均在预期沉降范围内,通过控制土层的沉降变化,使得外部荷载在地基下的土层保持一定的稳定性,提升软土层的加固程度。Due to the large settlement and poor soil stability of roadbed after construction,the construction technology of wet and soft fill treated by quicklime powder in wet and soft roadbed engineering in rainy season is studied.After adding quicklime to the soft soil,the optimum water content is improved by corresponding reaction,and the stability of the plate is increased.The filling of subgrade should control the drying time and set up the lime digestion tank to ensure the full digestion and supply of lime.After filling with lime soil,it is leveled and rolled until the standard compactness is reached and the subgrade is filled.A temporary drainage ditch was dug outside the slope for drainage.The test results show that the settlement amount of the roadbed after construction is 47.2~50.2 mm,which is all within the expected settlement range.By controlling the settlement changes of the soil layer,the external load can maintain a certain stability in the soil layer under the foundation,and the strengthening degree of the soft soil layer can be improved.
