摘 要:本文以某桥梁锚碇施工为例,使用Midas/Civil软件构建桥梁锚碇扩大基础的有限元模型,通过温度场有限元分析了解各浇筑层的最高温度、最大温差等参数;并对冷却水管的冷却水温度和流量两项指标进行了优化。结合施工经验,探讨了降低原材料温度、埋置冷却水管等温控技术,为现场施工中有效控制大体积混凝土内外温度差,预防温度裂缝起到了积极帮助。Taking the anchoring construction of a bridge as an example,this paper uses Midas/Civil software to build a finite element model of bridge anchoring expansion foundation.Through finite element analysis of temperature field,parameters such as maximum temperature and maximum temperature difference of each pouring layer are obtained.The two indexes of cooling water temperature and flow were optimized.Combined with the construction experience,the temperature control technology such as reducing the temperature of raw materials and embedding cooling water pipes is discussed,which can effectively control the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the mass concrete and prevent temperature cracks in the field construction.
