摘 要:近年来,由于电动汽车的普及,城镇居民购买的电动汽车逐年增加,使大量的电动汽车接入到电网中,随之而来的问题是充电负荷无序接入、桩体利用率激增、充电负荷叠加用电负荷,造成居民老旧小区配电网负荷波动加剧、负荷峰谷差进一步拉大、配变寿命缩短、车主体验感不佳、配电设施改造成本高等问题,充电设施安装预留不充分的老旧小区逐渐演变为用户面临充电安全性降低的现实风险。因此,本文提出了一种老旧居住区电动汽车集群充电负荷模型与可调潜力量化方法以提高规模化电动汽车接入背景下配电网稳定、经济、智能化运行水平为总体目标,解决了居住区充电设施长期处于分散管理,独立运行的状态。In recent years,with the gradual increase in the number of electric vehicles in old residential areas,a large number of electric vehicles are integrated into the power grid,charging load disorderly access,pile utilization rate surge,charging load superimposed power load,resulting in increased load fluctuation of the distribution network in old residential areas,further widening of load peaking and valley difference,shortened distribution life,poor experience of owners,and high cost of distribution facility transformation.The old community with insufficient reservation for the installation of charging facilities has gradually evolved into a real risk for users.Therefore,this paper proposes an electric vehicle cluster charging load model and adjustable potential quantification method in old residential areas with the overall goal of improving the stable,economic and intelligent operation level of distribution network under the background of large-scale electric vehicle access,and solves the long-term decentralized management and independent operation of charging facilities in residential areas.
