摘　　要：发展需要开放,针对服务业出台的开放举措能否促进整个服务产业链的可持续发展,值得深究。本文将ESG表现视为可持续发展的衡量指标,以“服务贸易创新发展试点”为准自然实验,利用2012年至2021年中国服务业上市公司数据进行实证研究。结果表明:服务业开放促进了服务类企业的可持续发展水平;该影响效应不仅在地区、行业和产权性质上存在异质性,而且会辐射上游产业链;扩大开放、创新模式和加强监管是政策传导的影响机制。本文结论为服务业开放的积极影响提供了数据支持,并提出扩大政策试点范围、强调产业间关联性和明确政策传导路径等建议。Development requires opening-up,and it is worthwhile to investigate whether the opening-up measures introduced for the service industry can promote the sustainable development of the whole service industry chain.Considering ESG performance as a measure of sustainable development,and taking the"pilot of innovative development of trade in services"as a quasi-natural experiment,the paper uses the data of China's service listed companies from 2012 to 2021 to conduct an empirical study.The results show that the opening-up of the service industry has promoted the sustainable development level of the service enterprises;the impact is not only heterogeneous in the region,industry and property rights,but also radiates to the upstream industrial chain;expanding opening-up,innovating models and strengthening supervision are the influence mechanisms of policy transmission.The conclusion of the paper provides data support for the positive impact of the opening-up of the service industry,and puts forward suggestions on expanding the scope of policy pilot,emphasizing the correlation between industries and clarifying the policy transmission path.
