摘 要:为了制备可用于处理石化废气中丙烷的微生物-活性炭复合材料,以丙烷为唯一碳源,从受石油污染土壤中分离可利用丙烷的微生物3株,将分离得到的菌株与活性炭耦合,制得复合材料,在生物滴滤塔中使用该复合材料,测定其丙烷去除能力。结果表明:筛选得到3株微生物与木屑柱状活性炭耦合,其最优耦合温度为28℃,pH为7,制得复合材料的微生物附着量最高可达干重0.18mg·g^(-1),此种复合材料在丙烷质量浓度为800mg·m^(-3)及以下,通气速度小于10L·min^(-1),喷淋量大于20L·h^(-1)时,具有良好的丙烷去除效果,最高可达82%,对于模拟废气中的丙烷也有良好的去除率,且可利用微生物对目标污染物的去除实现自动脱附再生。制得的微生物-活性炭复合材料可有效吸附丙烷,且可自我脱附再生,对石油化工废气中丙烷处理具有很大的应用前景。In order to prepare the composites of activated carbon and microorganisms to treat propane in petrochemical waste gas,using propane as the sole carbon source,three propane microorganisms were isolated from petroleum contaminated soil,coupling the isolated strains with activated carbon,and then the composites were prepared and used in the bio-trickling filter to determine its propane removal capacity.The results showed that three strains of microorganisms selected could be coupled with activated carbon derived from columnar at optimal temperature 28℃and pH 7 with dry weight of microorganism content(0.18 mg·g^(-1)).Under propane-3 mass concentration of 800 mg·m or below,ventilation speed of less than 10 L·min^(-1),and sprinkling rate of larger than 20 L·h^(-1),the composites exhibited good performances for the removal of propane with removal efficiency up to 82%.The composites were satisfactorily efficient in removing propane in exhaust gas modeling and moreover,and the automatic removal regeneration was realized by the removal of target pollutants by microorganisms.In this work,the composites effectively absorbed propane and realized self-desorption and regeneration,indicating an applicable prospect for disposing propane in petrochemical exhaust gases.
