摘  要:硅钢级氧化镁作为特种系列氧化镁之一,其主要用作生产取向硅钢的重要涂层材料。随着中国取向硅钢产量的增加,对取向硅钢提出了更高的要求,硅钢级氧化镁的生产制备也越来越得到重视。在研究分析相关文献的基础上,从纯度、水化率、活性、黏结性、粒度分布5个方面出发,阐述了硅钢级氧化镁的特点,介绍了硅钢级氧化镁在取向硅钢生产过程中的作用,并对硅钢级氧化镁的制备方法及各工艺优缺点进行了分类总结,其具体制备方法包括碳铵法、碳化法、水化法和氨法。最后,从水化剂、除杂方式、绿色工艺3个方面对硅钢级氧化镁的未来发展进行了系统的展望。As one of the special series of magnesium oxide,silicon steel grade magnesium oxide is mainly used as an important coating material for the production of oriented silicon steel.With the increase of the output of oriented silicon steel,higher requirements are put forward for oriented silicon steel,the production and preparation of silicon steel grade magnesium oxide has been paid more and more attention.On the basis of research and analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,the characteristics of silicon steel grade magnesium oxide were described from five aspects of purity,hydration rate,activity,adhesion,particle size distribution.The function of silicon grade magnesium oxide in the production of oriented silicon steel was introduced,the preparation methods of silicon steel grade magnesium oxide and their advantages and disadvantages were classified and summarized,the specific preparation methods include ammonium carbide method,carbonization,hydration and ammonia method.Finally,the future development of silicon steel grade magnesium oxide was prospected systematically from three aspects:hydration agent,impurity removal method and green technology.
