摘 要:通过引入科研产品两性离子降滤失剂XNPFL-1和纳微米封堵剂,优选高温钻井液体系材料,得到高密度抗高温钻井液体系配方:3%基浆+5%氯化钾+0.3%聚丙烯酰胺钾盐+0.6%聚胺抑制剂+3%降滤失剂XNPFL-1+3%天然高分子复配物JNJS220+3%井壁稳定剂HQ-10+3%纳微米封堵剂+3%超细碳酸钙+5%RH_(2)20+0.5%减磨剂(加重至2.1g·cm^(-3)),室内评价结果表明高密度抗高温钻井液体系综合性能良好,在超深井仁探1井中成功应用,克服了该井小井眼段温度高、井壁易失稳、盐水污染、酸性气污染等技术难题。By introducing the fluid loss reducer XNPCL-1 and the nano-micron plugging agent of scientific research products,and selecting the material of the high-temperature drilling fluid system,the formula of the high-density high-temperature resistant drilling fluid system was obtained as follows:3%base slurry+5%potassium chloride+0.3%potassium polyacrylamide+0.6%polyamine inhibitor+3%fluid loss reducer XNPCL-1+3%natural polymer complex JNJS220+3%wall stabilizer HQ-10+3%nanomicron blocking agent+3%superfine calcium carbonate+5%RH_(2)20+0.5%wear reducer(increased to 2.1 g·cm^(-3)).The indoor evaluation results showed that the high-density anti-high-temperature drilling fluid system had good comprehensive performance and has been successfully applied in the ultra-deep well Rentan1,overcoming the technical problems such as high temperature in the narrow hole section of the well,instability of the well wall,salt water pollution and acid gas pollution.
