森林资源保护管理现状与对策措施研究

摘　　要：森林资源关系着国家的生态安全,保护管理好森林资源,是推动生态文明建设的重要措施。然而实践中,在森林资源保护管理方面,还存在管理机构不健全、林业执法能力偏弱、林地规范管理水平不高等问题,制约了森林资源保护管理水平的提高。因此,需要进一步健全和完善森林资源保护管理制度、增强林业执法力量、规范林地管理,以提高森林资源保护管理工作的效果。Forest resources are closely related to the ecological security of a country.Protecting and managing forest resources is an important measure to promote the construction of ecological civilization.However,in practice,in terms of forest resource protection and management,there are still problems such as inadequate management institutions,weak forestry law enforcement capabilities,and low level of standardized management of forest land,which restrict the improvement of forest resource protection and management level.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve and improve the forest resource protection and management system,enhance forestry law enforcement capabilities,and standardize forest land management to improve the effectiveness of forest resource protection and management work.
