摘　　要：森林资源是我国重要的自然资源之一,不仅在生态平衡维护中起到重要作用,还在我国经济发展中占据重要地位。近年来,国家对森林资源培育与经营管理工作的重视程度不断提升,并出台了系列政策,支持和促进林业产业发展。而基层森林培育与经营管理,直接影响到森林资源的整体质量。文章结合泸水市老窝镇的实际情况,对基层森林培育与经营管理中存在的问题进行深入分析,并提出一些合理地对策措施,对提升基层森林培育与经营管理水平,实现森林资源的可持续发展具有一定意义。Forest resources are one of the important natural resources in China,not only playing an important role in maintaining ecological balance,but also occupying an important position in China's economic development.In recent years,the country has continuously increased its emphasis on the cultivation and management of forest resources,and has introduced a series of policies to support and promote the development of the forestry industry.The cultivation and management of grassroots forests directly affect the overall quality of forest resources.The article combines the actual situation of Laowo Town in Lushui City to conduct in-depth analysis of the problems in grassroots forest cultivation and management,and proposes some reasonable countermeasures.This has certain significance for improving the level of grassroots forest cultivation and management,and achieving sustainable development of forest resources.
