摘　　要：本文旨在深入探讨基层医疗机构统计系统的设计和应用。该系统全面满足了基层医疗机构的基本医疗、公共卫生、绩效考核、统计报表、系统维护和管理等多项需求。它实现了客户端零安装、零维护,促进了居民健康档案信息共享,有力协助了基层卫生项目的实施,显著提高了卫生工作水平。此外,它还成功实现了居民电子健康档案的高效管理。该系统为基层医疗机构提供了强大的信息管理工具,有望改善医疗服务质量,推动卫生工作的进一步发展。The purpose of this paper is to deeply discuss the design and application of statistical system in primary medical institutions.The system fully meets the needs of basic medical care,public health,performance appraisal,statistical reports,system maintenance and management of primary medical institutions.It realizes zero installation and zero maintenance of the client-side,promotes the sharing of residents’health file information,effectively assists the implementation of grassroots health projects,and significantly improves the level of health work.In addition,it has successfully achieved efficient management of residents’electronic health records.The system provides a powerful information management tool for primary medical institutions,and is expected to improve the quality of medical services and promote the further development of health work.
