摘 要:为探究山东半岛土地利用的动态变化,文章以山东半岛为研究区,利用GEE平台,以Landsat遥感影像、DEM数据、光谱指数数据为基础,基于随机森林算法对1991—2021年山东半岛7期土地利用分类数据进行提取,并对山东半岛1991—2021年土地利用动态变化进行分析。分析结果表明:每期数据的OA指数均超过87%,Kappa系数均在0.85以上,说明随机森林分类算法分类精度可靠;建设用地、水域两类用地面积增加,耕地、未利用地、草地三类用地面积减少,林地面积整体变化较小,呈现较稳定的状态。研究结果有助于优化山东半岛的土地利用格局与生态环境保护。In order to explore the dynamic change of land use in Shandong Peninsula,this paper takes Shandong Peninsula as the study area,and uses the GEE platform,based on Landsat remote sensing images,DEM data,and spectral index data,and extracts seven periods of classified data of land use in Shandong Peninsula from 1991 to 2021 based on the Random Forest Algorithm,and analyzes the dynamic changes of land use in the Shandong Peninsula from 1991 to 2021.The results of the study show that the OA index of each period data exceeds 87%,and the Kappa coefficients are above 0.85,indicating that the classification results of the Random Forest Classification Algorithm are reliable in terms of accuracy.The area of construction land and water area has increased,while the area of cultivated land,unused land,and grassland has decreased.The overall change in forest area is relatively small,showing a stable state.The research results contribute to optimizing the land use pattern and ecological environment protection in the Shandong Peninsula.
