新型多功能浴盆在新生儿标准化沐浴中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨新型多功能浴盆在新生儿标准化沐浴中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年3月—2023年4月于产科正常阴道分娩或剖宫产的足月新生儿60例,按照时间先后顺序,前30例新生儿作为对照组,使用传统浴盆;后30例新生儿作为实验组,使用新型多功能浴盆。比较两组新生儿沐浴过程中的哭闹次数、沐浴后护理人员的舒适度。结果:实验组有4名新生儿在沐浴过程中出现了哭闹的情况,明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);沐浴后,实验组护理人员舒适率为83.33%,明显高于对照组(53.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组沐浴10分钟后水温维持在(37.82±0.93)℃,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新型多功能浴盆在产科新生儿标准化沐浴中具有显著的优势,不仅可以减少新生儿在沐浴过程中的哭闹情况,提供更温和舒适的沐浴体验,还能提高医护人员的舒适感和满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of a new multifunctional bathtub in the standardized bathing of newborns.Methods:A total of 60 full-term neonates who were delivered by normal vaginal delivery or cesarean section in the department from March 2023 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the chronological order,the first 30 neonates were selected as the control group using traditional bathtub.The last 30 newborns were selected as the experimental group using a new multifunctional bathtub.The number of crying and the comfort of nursing staff after bathing were compared between the two groups.Results:4 newborns in the experimental group had crying during bathing,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After bathing,the comfort rate of nursing staff in the experimental group was 83.33%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(53.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 10 minutes of bathing,the water temperature of the experimental group was maintained at(37.82±0.93)℃,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new multifunctional bath has significant advantages in the standardized bath for newborns in obstetrics,which can not only reduce the crying situation of newborns in the bath process,provide a more gentle and comfortable bath experience,but also improve the comfort and satisfaction of medical staff.
