摘　　要：社会主义文化边界的提出,不仅在于作出了对文化性质的根本规定,更在于它为衡量文化的性质提供了一种世界观参照和方法论遵循。社会主义文化边界的内涵包括:一是指导思想上,坚持马克思主义的指导;二是领导力量上,坚持共产党的领导;三是依靠力量上,坚持以人民为中心;四是根本目标上,创造人类文明新形态;五是文化图景上,强调平等多彩包容。为了正确认识社会主义文化边界的内涵,人们还要充分获知社会主义文化边界的原则遵循和基本要求。前者包括:不同形态文化间要承认“边界差异”,秉持“和而不同”;社会不同结构间要尊重“边界规律”,遵循“差序有质”;文化政策方针要有其适用“边界范围”,强调“进退有度”;思想文化领域要时刻不忘“边界意识”,担起“守土重任”。后者包括:铭记文化方向中的意识形态性,拒斥“普世文化”和“封建文化”;承认文化世界中的分殊有限性,拒绝“强施于人”和“以己度人”;明晰文化发展中的政策边界性,提防“包打天下”和“独断专行”;牢记文化本身的自我价值性,不能“失守阵地”和“为所欲为”。唯有此,才能创造属于这个时代的新文化,建设中华民族现代文明。The socialist cultural boundary is proposed not only to make a fundamental regulation of the nature of culture,but also to measure the nature of culture to provide a world view reference and methodology to follow.The connotation of socialist cultural boundary includes five aspects:first,adherence to the guidance of Marxism in terms of guiding ideology;second,adherence to the leadership of the Communist Party in terms of leadership power;third,adherence to the notion of putting the interests of the People at the center in terms of relying force;fourth,the creation of a new form of human civilization in terms of the fundamental goal;fifth,emphasis on equality,diversity and inclusiveness in terms of cultural landscape.In order to correctly understand the connotation of the socialist cultural boundary,people need to have a full and deep knowledge of the requirements of both the positive and negative aspects of socialist cultural boundary.Only in this way can we create a brand new form of culture belonging to our times,construct the modern civilization of the Chinese nation,and turn our country into an influential power with a strong socialist culture.
