摘  要:由于火灾工况充装压缩气体容器的吸热量难以精准确定,其超压泄放装置尺寸计算是工程设计中的一大难题。对API 521—2021标准中的相关计算公式进行了分析,其推导过程中以空气为基准,忽略了容器本身隔热和泄放时介质温度的变化,这些假设条件对实际工况的计算结果将带来偏差。结果表明,根据API 521—2021计算的超压泄放装置尺寸偏保守,虽然可以保证容器的泄放要求,但如果选用安全阀,应对可能导致的安全阀频跳引起足够的重视。Because the heat absorption is difficult to be determined accurately,the size calculation of the pressure relief devices for compressed gas vessels under fire conditions poses a significant challenge in engineering design.The formulas in API 521—2021 standard were analyzed.Since the deduction process is based on the air,and the heat insulation and the change of the medium temperature during the relief were ignored,these assumptions will bring deviations of calculation results of the actual conditions.The results indicate that the size calculated according to API 521—2021 is conservative,although it can ensure relief requirements of the vessel,enough attention should be paid to the possible chatter of the safety valve if safety valve is selected.
