摘 要:为研究双金属复合换热管与固定管板产品管束整体热处理工艺及其技术难点。首先,通过计算壳体与换热管在50℃和100℃温差下的温差应力,得出结果,升温阶段在500℃以下时,换热管与壳体的温差应≤100℃;降温阶段在400~500℃时,换热管与壳体的温差应≤50℃,在400℃以下时,换热管与壳体的温差应≤100℃。根据试验数据、相关标准及前期产品热处理经验制定了合适的热处理工艺参数。通过沿产品管束圆周方向及其中心位置换热管内部2.5 m深度处布置热电偶,同时在两侧管板外侧及沿壳体长度方向中间位置布置热电偶进行实时测控温度,使产品管束在整个热处理过程中各测温点的温度得到有效的控制,最终成功对该产品管束进行了炉内整体热处理。In order to study the integral heat treatment process of bimetal composite heat exchange tube and fixed tubesheet product bundle and the technical difficulties,firstly,by calculating and analyzing the differential temperature stress between the shell and the tube at 50℃and 100℃respectively,it was concluded that when the temperature is below 500℃at the heating stage,the difference temperature between the tube and the shell should be≤100℃;at the cooling stage,when the temperature is between 400℃and 500℃,the temperature difference between the tube and the shell should be≤50℃,when the temperature is below 400℃,the temperature difference between the tube and the shell should be≤100℃.According to experimental data,relevant standards and heat treatment experience,the heat treatment process parameters were established.Secondly,the thermocouples were arranged at the depth of 2.5 m inside the tube in the circumferential direction of the product tube bundle and at the central position,at the same time,the thermocouples were arranged at outer side of the tubesheet on both sides and the middle position along the length direction of the shell to measure and control the temperature in real time,and to effectively control the temperature of each measurement point of the product tube bundle during the whole heat treatment process,finally the integral heat treatment of the product bundle in the furnace was successfully carried out.
