摘 要:为探究城市交通基础设施与新型城市发展的协调程度,提出了可拓云模型融合层次分析法(AHP)赋权的评价方法.首先,将新型城市建设的宜居、创新、绿色、智慧、韧性、人文6个方面共20个评价指标通过云特征参数划分协调度评价范围;其次,使用AHP对发展协调度评价指标体系进行权重计算,得到指标权重的集合;再次,通过计算云隶属度矩阵结合权重集可得到所评价的协调度等级;最后,以台州市为例进行了实例应用分析.研究结果表明:台州市城市交通基础设施与城市发展可达到良好协调,使用该方法对于城市交通基础设施支持新型城市发展协调度的评价具有较高的准确性与直观性.研究结果可为相关部门掌握城市发展进程提供一定参考.In order to explore the degree of coordination of urban transportation infrastructure to support the development of new cities,this paper proposes an evaluation method based on extension cloud model and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Firstly,a total of 20 evaluation indexes in 6 aspects of new urban construction are divided into the evaluation range of coordination degree through cloud characteristic parameters.Secondly,AHP is used to calculate the weight of the evaluation index system of development coordination degree,and the set of index weight is obtained.Thirdly,the evaluated coordination degree level can be obtained by calculating the cloud membership matrix combined with the weight set.Finally,taking Taizhou city as an example,the application analysis is carried out.The results show that the urban transportation infrastructure and urban development in Taizhou can achieve good coordination.This method has high accuracy and intuition for the evaluation of the coordination degree of urban transportation infrastructure supporting new urban development.The research results can provide some reference for relevant departments to grasp the process of urban development.
