城市绿色交通发展对策研究——以昆山市为例

摘　　要：分析了绿色交通的内涵和构成体系,以昆山为例,分析了10余年来昆山城市交通发展取得的巨大成就以及快速城市化机动化背景下昆山绿色交通面临的问题,提出了昆山打造成为“国际一流、活力盎然”绿行都市的发展目标,完善并制定绿色交通发展指标体系,并从坚持交通引领、坚持绿行强基、坚持公交普惠、坚持数字赋能、坚持示范创新和坚持全民参与6个方面制定绿色交通发展对策措施,以指导昆山绿色交通高质量发展.This paper first analyzes the connotation and composition system of green transportation,then taking Kunshan as an example,analyzes the enormous achievements in the development of urban transportation in Kunshan City over the past decade,as well as the problems faced by green transportation in Kunshan City under the background of rapid urbanization and motorization.The development goal of building Kunshan into an“international first-class and vibrant”green transportation city was proposed,and the green transportation development indicator system was improved and formulated.This paper formulates green transportation development strategies and measures from six aspects:adhering to traffic guidance,adhering to the strong foundation of green transportation,adhering to public transportation inclusivity,adhering to digital empowerment,adhering to demonstration innovation,and adhering to public participation,to guide the high-quality development of green transportation in Kunshan City.
