摘 要:介绍了公路建设工程措施费与企业管理费的历史沿革,分析了公路工程措施费与企业管理费特点,并通过计算北京地区5条普通公路修复性养护工程的措施费费率与企业管理费率,与北京市市政建设工程的费率对比分析,可知北京市市政工程措施费比普通公路养护工程约高32.6%,企业管理费约高960.2%.因此,与北京市市政工程相比,普通公路养护工程措施费与企业管理费偏低,尤其是企业管理费差距较大,未来仍需增加样本数量,进一步深入研究.This paper introduces the historical evolution of highway construction engineering measure fees and enterprise management fees,analyzes the characteristics of highway engineering measure fees and enterprise management fees,and calculates the measure fee rate and enterprise management fee rate of 5 ordinary highway repair and maintenance projects in Beijing.Compared with the rate of municipal construction projects in Beijing,it is found that the measure fee of municipal engineering in Beijing is about 32.6% higher than that of ordinary highway maintenance projects,enterprise management fees are approximately 960.2% higher.Therefore,compared to the municipal engineering in Beijing,the measure fees for ordinary highway maintenance engineering are relatively low compared to the enterprise management fees,especially the difference in enterprise management fees is significant.In the future,it is still necessary to increase the sample size and conduct further in-depth research.
