摘  要:家蚕蚕丝蛋白是一种环保、生物安全的材料,而上转换纳米颗粒(upconversion nanoparticles, UCNPs)因其具有生物相容性好、稳定性优、荧光强度高等特点,常被用于医疗、环境监测等领域。为拓展蚕丝纤维的多元化应用,文中通过家蚕添食UCNPs,制备了近红外激光照射下发出荧光的蚕丝纤维。结果表明,经添食后的家蚕吐出的蚕丝纤维,可在980 nm波长的光线激发下发射高强度的绿色荧光。同时,该荧光蚕丝纤维具有优良的力学性能,可与聚多巴胺协同作用,对环境中的氧化剂进行灵敏检测。文中研究对于开发新型荧光蚕丝材料提供了新的思路。Silk protein, from Bombyx mori, is environmentally friendly and highly biocompatible. UCNPs(upconversion nanoparticles) are favored in medicine and environmental monitoring due to their good biocompatibility, excellent stability, and high fluorescence intensity. In order to further promote the diversified applications of silk fiber, we prepared silk fiber emitting fluorescence under irradiation of near-infrared laser by feeding UCNPs to silkworms. The results indicated that the silk fiber from the bred silkworm gave off strong green fluorescence when exposed to a 980 nm laser. Meanwhile, the fluorescent silk fiber exhibited good mechanical properties, and could be used for a sensitive detection to the oxidant in an environment with polydopamine. The research in this paper provides a new idea for the development of new fluorescent silk materials.
