江苏蚕桑业辐射效应演进分析

摘　　要：江苏拥有悠久的蚕桑生产历史,为我国蚕桑业的发展做出了重大贡献,随着“东桑西移”工程的实施,其蚕茧产量逐年下滑,但其蚕茧品质一直位居全国前列。近年来随着产业技术的发展,工厂化养蚕技术在浙江嵊州陌桑高科股份有限公司率先取得成功试点,江苏鑫缘茧丝绸集团股份有限公司也于近期取得成功,蚕茧生产量在将来有可能会回流东部地区。通过全面梳理我国蚕桑业主产区的历史演进,基于1956—2010年的历史数据,利用空间分析法聚焦探讨江苏蚕桑业的区域辐射效应。研究发现,江苏蚕桑业空间辐射效应显著,能够有效激发周边地区蚕桑业的发展活力,在此基础上,从品牌效应打造、技术研发推广、加强资源整合以及强化省际帮扶4个方面提出了相关建议。Jiangsu has a long history of sericulture production and has made significant contributions to the development of China's sericulture industry. Although with the implementation of the “Sericulture Moving from East to West” project, the cocoon production in Jiangsu has been declining gradually, its cocoon quality has always been among the top in the country. In recent years, with the development of industrial technology, industrialized silkworm rearing technology has successfully piloted in Mosang High Tech Company Limited. Meanwhile, Jiangsu Xinyuan Group has also achieved great success in this field. As a result, the major production of silkworm cocoons may return to Jiangsu, the eastern region of China in the future. Through a comprehensive review of the historical evolution of the main sericulture production areas in China, based on the historical data from 1956 to 2010, this paper focuses on exploring the regional radiation effects of sericulture industry in Jiangsu by using the spatial analysis method. Research results indicated that the spatial radiation effect of Jiangsu's sericulture industry is significant, which can effectively stimulate the development vitality of the sericulture industry in surrounding regions. Based on this, relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from four aspects, namely building brand effect, researching, developing and promoting relevant technology, reinforcing resource integration, and strengthening inter-provincial assistance.
