摘  要:钼酸盐与钙离子形成多金属氧酸盐纳米团簇,与聚丙烯酰胺构建凝胶网络,合成了具有抗菌性能的钼酸钙纳米簇凝胶(CMG)。通过扫描电子显微镜观察了CMG的外观形貌、微观结构;研究了钼酸钙团簇对CMG的凝胶含量、保水性能和孔隙率的影响;通过圆盘扩散法和平板计数法等实验评价了CMG的抗菌性能。平板计数结果表明:CMG5通过接触分别对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率达99.23%、72.91%,并具有持久的抗菌性能。此外,所制备的CMG具有优异的孔隙率、保水性能等物理性质。Calcium molybdate nanocluster gels(CMG)with antibacterial properties were synthesized by formi-ng clusters of molybdate and calcium ions and constructing gel networks with polyacrylamide.The structure of CMG was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy,and the appearance morphology and microstructure of CMG were observed by s-canning electron microscopy.The effect of calcium molybdate clusters on the gel content,water retention properties and porosity of CMG was investigated.The antibacterial properties of CMG were evaluated by experiments such as inhibition circle method and plate counting method.The results showed that CMG5 achieved 99.23%and 72.91%antibacterial rates against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,respectively,by contact,and had antibacterial persistence.In addition,the prepared CMG has excellent porosity,water retention properties and other physical properties.
