摘 要:碳纳米管是一种具有完整分子结构的纳米材料,在纳米复合材料领域有巨大应用潜力。本研究采用反相乳液聚合法制备碳纳米管-聚丙烯酰胺(PAM-MCNT)疏水缔合型油包水乳液。改性碳纳米管(MCNT)增强了分子间的力学作用。改性碳纳米管含量仅为0.01%时,PAM-MCNT与PAM相比抗剪切性能提高57%、增稠性能提高1.25倍、抗温性能提高1倍。因此PAM-MCNT复合乳液在油田压裂中具有潜在的应用前景。Carbon nanotubes possess complete molecular structures and offer significant potential for applications in the field of nanocomposites.In this study,a carbon nanotube-polyacrylamide(PAM-MCNT)anionic hydrophobic water-in-oil emulsion was prepared through reversed-phase emulsion polymerization.The incorporation of modified carbon nanotubes(MCNT)enhances intermolecular mechanical interactions.Remarkably,even at a content of only 0.01%modified carbon nanotubes,the shear resistance of PAM-MCNT increases by 57%,the thickening performance improves by 1.25 times,and the temperature resistance increases by 1 time in comparison to PAM alone.Therefore,the PAM-MCNT composite emulsion demonstrates potential prospects for application in oilfield fracturing.
