摘  要:中海油舟山石化1.7Mt/a馏分油加氢装置运行过程中,原料油加热炉F2101出口两路温度频繁波动,温度偏差多达14℃,造成加热炉热效率大幅下降,并且损害加热炉的平稳运行,对设备不利。通过加热炉运行过程中各相关曲线分析,查出具体原因后,对加热炉各火嘴配风量、燃料气量及燃烧情况进行调整,使加热炉出口两路温差得到有效控制,并且在后续3个月运行期间加热炉出口两路温差平稳地控制在3℃以内。During the operation of the 1.7 Mt/a distillate oil hydrogenation unit of CNOOC Zhoushan Petrochemical,the temperature of the two outlets of the raw oil heating furnace F2101 fluctuated frequently,with a temperature deviation of up to 14℃.The reasons and treatment methods were discussed.By analyzing the relevant curves during the operation of the heating furnace and identifying the specific reasons,adjustments were made to the air flow rate,fuel gas volume,and combustion situation of each nozzle of the heating furnace to effectively control the temperature difference between the two outlets of the heating furnace.During the subsequent three months of operation,the temperature difference between the two outlets of the heating furnace was steadily controlled within 3℃.
