摘  要:介绍了以端氨基聚醚DIA、三氯化磷、盐酸为原料,合成新型水处理药剂大分子有机磷PAPEMP的方法[1],并用常规的水处理药剂评价方法对HEDP、ATMP、DTPMP、PBTCA等药剂进行了阻碳酸垢试验、阻磷酸垢试验、极限碳酸盐试验及缓蚀性能试验的对比。试验结果表明,在同等条件下,大分子有机磷PAPEMP具有优良的阻垢性能,在极限水质条件下,碳酸钙垢阻垢率达到95%以上。并且与阳极型缓蚀剂复配,具有良好的协同作用、缓蚀性能,阻垢性能及协同性能随使用剂量增加而性能提高。同时,大分子有机磷PAPEMP在油田水处理、海水淡化、纺织印染、建筑材料、生物医药等众多领域具有广泛的应用。This paper introduces the method of synthesizing a new type of water treatment agent,macromolecular organic phosphorus PAPEMP,using terminal amino polyether DIA,phosphorus trichloride,and hydrochloric acid as raw materials[1].Conventional water treatment agent evaluation methods were used to compare the carbonate scale inhibition test,phosphate scale inhibition test,ultimate carbonate test,and corrosion inhibition performance test of HEDP,ATMP,DTPMP,PBTCA and other agents.The experimental results show that under the same conditions,the macromolecular organic phosphorus PAPEMP has excellent scale inhibition performance,and under extreme water quality conditions,the scale inhibition rate of calcium carbonate reaches over 95%.And when combined with anode type corrosion inhibitors,it has good synergistic effect,corrosion inhibition performance,scale inhibition performance,and synergistic performance improve with increasing dosage.At the same time,macromolecular organic phosphorus PAPEMP has extensive applications in many fields such as oilfield water treatment,seawater desalination,textile printing and dyeing,building materials,biomedicine,etc.
