摘 要:针对采空区氧化升温经常导致火灾发生,研究了蒋庄煤矿31603综采工作面的三带划分。利用束管监测系统对采空区气体进行实时监测,同时根据工作现场的实际情况并构建等比例的物理模型,对采空区氧气体积分数分布情况进行了数值模拟,最终得出散热带宽度为距离工作面的0~43m,氧化带宽度为距离工作面43~58m,此后为窒息带。计算出最小推进速度为0.49m/d。推导出蒋庄煤矿31603工作面的动态调整模型和不同环境温度下工作面最短自然发火期的变化规律。In response to the fact that oxidized warming in the mining airspace often leads to fires,the three-zone division of the 31603 comprehensive mining face in Jiangzhuang coal mine was studied.Real-time monitoring of gases in the extraction zone using a beam pipe monitoring system,while constructing an equal-scale physical model based on the actual conditions at the work site,numerical simulation of the oxygen volume fraction distribution in the extraction zone was carried out,the width of the dispersal belt was finally derived to be 0~43 m from the working face,the width of the oxidation belt to be 43~58 m from the working face,and thereafter the asphyxiation belt;the minimum propulsion speed was calculated to be the minimum propulsion speed of 0.49 m/d.The dynamic adjustment model of the 31603 working face in Jiangzhuang Mine and the change rule of the shortest natural ignition period of the working face under different ambient temperatures are deduced.
