摘　　要：清代八旗驻防分布格局是在关外惯例的基础上,依战事展开随宜设置,后随战争进程逐步调整,是一个动态过程。清代八旗驻防布局与驻防点的统计差异,是由驻防的动态变化及东北与新疆等地驻防的取舍标准不一造成的。康熙至乾隆时期,八旗水师成为战略布局的一个环节。清代八旗驻防的目的是中央王朝通过自己倚信的力量,最大限度地掌控国家全局。驻防的作用也是全方位的,它与清王朝休戚与共,是王朝盛衰的基石。The distribution pattern of the Eight Banners garrison in the Qing Dynasty was based on the customary practice outside the border,and was set up as the war unfolded.It is gradually adjusted with the progress of the war and is a dynamic process.The statistical differences in the layout and points of the Eight Banners garrison during the Qing Dynasty were caused by the dynamic changes in garrisons and the different selection criteria for garrisons in Northeast China,Xinjiang,and other regions.During the Kangxi to Qianlong periods,the Eight Banners navy became a part of the strategic layout.The purpose of the Eight Banners garrison in the Qing Dynasty was for the central dynasty to exert maximum control over the overall situation of the country through its own reliance on trust.The role of garrison is also comprehensive.It shares weal and woe with the Qing Dynasty and is the cornerstone of its rise and fall.
