摘 要:清廷为了安顿社会承平时期的八旗子弟,允许他们参加考试获取生员身份,以此鼓励他们学习汉族文化。然而随着满汉关系的变化,八旗生员的名额也屡经增减。为了确保考试的公正性,清廷在考试流程和投考资格等方面出台了多项举措,并针对考试流弊,不断调整政策,完善录考程序。优异的八旗生员,进而成为八旗贡监生,通过在国子监的深造步入仕途,成为清代政权建设的重要力量。In order to settle the children of the Eight Banners during the period of social stability,the Qing court allowed them to take exams to obtain student status,thereby encouraging them to learn Han cul⁃ture.However,with the changes in Manchu-han relations,the number of students in the Eight Banners had also increased or decreased repeatedly.In order to ensure the fairness of the examination,the Qing govern⁃ment introduced multiple measures in the examination process and admission qualifications,and continu⁃ously adjusted policies and improved the admission procedures in response to exam fraud.Excellent stu⁃dents from the Eight Banners became the Eight Banner Tribute Supervisor,and through further education in the Imperial Academy,they entered the officialdom and became an important force in the construction of the Qing Dynasty’s political power.
