摘　　要：上海市管线规划电子报批数据标准对工程全覆盖系统中管线电子报件的申报内容及格式有明确而详细的要求。在根据上述数据标准开发管线电子报批插件的过程中,需要基于WinForm控件实现一些特殊的效果,基础的控件库无法满足要求。本文综合应用正则表达式、XRecord扩展属性等技术实现WinForm控件的二次开发,以满足上海市管线规划电子报批的相关要求。The Shanghai pipeline planning electronic approval data standard has clear and detailed requirements for the declaration content and format of pipeline electronic reports in the engineering full coverage system.In the process of developing pipeline electronic approval plugins based on the above data standards,it is necessary to implement some special effects based on WinForm controls,and the basic control library cannot meet the requirements.This article comprehensively applies techniques such as regular expressions and XRecord extended attributes to achieve the secondary development of WinForm controls,in order to meet the relevant requirements of electronic approval for pipeline planning in Shanghai.
