森林防火通信系统建设研究——以石嘴山市为例

摘　　要：针对石嘴山市森林防火通信建设进行研究,通过对石嘴山市森林防火通信建设现状的分析,提出了石嘴山市森林防火通信建设的方案设计,并对其经济效益进行了分析。研究发现:石嘴山市森林防火通信建设存在一些问题,如通信设备数量不足、通信设备性能不稳定、通信人员操作技能不足等。因此,本研究提出了相应的解决方案,包括建立完善的通信网络、配置必要的通信设备、定期对通信设备进行维护和检查、对通信人员进行必要的培训和考核、合理规划和选址通信塔和太阳能电站的建设地点等。本研究的实施可有助于提高石嘴山市森林防火通信的效率和可靠性,保障森林防火工作的顺利进行。This study mainly focuses on the construction of forest fire prevention communication in Shizuishan city.Through the analysis of the present situation of forest fire prevention communication construction in Shizuishan city,the scheme design of forest fire prevention communication construction in Shizuishan city is put forward,and its economic benefits are analyzed.It is found that there are some problems in the construction of forest fire prevention communication in Shizuishan City,such as insufficient number of communication equipment,unstable performance of communication equipment and insufficient operation skills of communication personnel.Therefore,this study puts forward corresponding solutions,including establishing a perfect communication network,configuring necessary communication equipment,regularly maintaining and inspecting communication equipment,conducting necessary training and assessment for communication personnel,and rationally planning and selecting the construction sites of communication towers and solar power stations.The implementation of this study will help to improve the efficiency and reliability of forest fire prevention communication in Shizuishan city and ensure the smooth progress of forest fire prevention work.
