摘 要:通过分析研究起重机起升机构可靠性,进而进行有效、正确、及时地预测,不仅可以降低其失效概率,还可以在机器维修、防止事故的发生等方面发挥重要作用。文中分析研究了起重机起升机构的结构特征和工作原理,建立了起重机起升机构结构研究和动力学模型,推算出50 t起重机在起升机构工作过程中起升制动和下降启动时起吊重物所受到的理论弹力值及理论加速度。然后基于不确定因素构建起重机构可靠性分析模型,基于自适应Kriging代理模型构建起升机构可靠性模型的近似模型,并计算其可靠度。最终仿真分析结果得出该机构符合事先预设要求,兼顾计算效率与精度。自适应Kriging代理模型能正确、及时、有效地对起重机起升机构可靠性进行分析及预测,提升了起重机的安全性。Studying the reliability of crane hoisting mechanism and making effective,correct and timely prediction can not only reduce the failure probability,but also play an important role in machine maintenance and accident prevention.The author studied the structural characteristics and working principle of the crane hoisting mechanism,established a dynamic model about the structure research of the crane hoisting mechanism,and calculated the theoretical elastic force and theoretical acceleration of the lifting weight of the 50 t crane during the hoisting braking and descending start-up of the hoisting mechanism.Then,a model for reliability analysis of hoisting mechanism was built based on uncertain factors,and an approximate model of reliability model of hoisting mechanism was built based on adaptive Kriging proxy model,and its reliability was verified.Finally,the simulation results show that the mechanism meets the preset requirements and takes into account the calculation efficiency and accuracy.The adaptive Kriging surrogate model can correctly,timely and effectively analyze and predict the reliability of crane hoisting mechanism,and improve the safety of crane.
